Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess symptoms of low testosterone (fatigue, weight gain, decreased libido, muscle loss, mood changes) • Order and interpret laboratory tests, including total and free testosterone, LH, FSH, SHBG, estradiol, PSA, and CBC • Develop and prescribe personalized TRT treatment plans (injections, topical gels, or other modalities) • Monitor hormone levels and patient progress, making dosage adjustments as needed • Educate patients on potential benefits, risks, and lifestyle modifications to enhance results • Manage side effects and monitor long-term health risks (e.g., hematocrit levels, cardiovascular risks)
